We are now recruiting an enthusiastic, empathetic and assertive Client Success Manager to become our Client internal Champion!

Establish and nurture an outstanding trust relationship with our Client. What do they need to make the best use of our solutions? How do they feel about them? What will bring their store to the next level? You are the one able to lead them to online success!

The successful candidate has a solid experience in several areas of eCommerce.


What will I do?

Create and maintain an outstanding relationship with an enterprise level Client portfolio

Develop a successful eCommerce Strategy that will help them reach their true sales potential.

Lead strategic meetings and business reviews, and share tactical advice

Identify and pursue cross-sell & upsell opportunities to enable sales growth

Identify product and services improvements based on Client feedback

Coordinate with the Growth Specialist to provide tailored recommendations

Coordinate with the eCommerce Managers to promote events and promotions

Oversee Client adoption, training and use of our solutions

Manage your portfolio’s P&L


What do I look like?

I spent 5+ year in e-commerce agencies or alike as a consultant or an account manager for enterprise level Client

I have outstanding verbal and written communication skills

I have a broad knowledge of eCommerce and eMarketing

I am a proactive and tactful advisor

I am business savvy : I love learning about new business sectors and finding the killer strategy to be successful online.

I am a strategic thinker : I go beyond the Client’s expressed needs

I have worked with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary professionals in the past

I have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic

I want to have the first personalized sneakers delivered by cyber-birds
