As part of the Client Success department, we are now recruiting an enthusiastic, empathetic and passionate e-Commerce Manager to onboard clients and help them roll-out their e-commerce strategy successfully!

Establish and nurture an outstanding trust relationship with our Clients and guide them through our onboarding process. Nurture the relationship post-launch helping them make the most out of their e-commerce business. Responsible for their online store success and quality, you are the client’s champion and its closest contact. What do they need to make the best use of our solution? How can they achieve their e-commerce strategic objectives in the day to day operations? What will bring their store to the next level? You are the one able to lead them to success!

The successful candidate has a solid experience managing online stores using best-in-class e-commerce CMS.


What will I do?

Create and maintain an outstanding relationship with enterprise-level Clients

Onboard new clients through the store creation and launch steps

Roll-out the eCommerce Strategy decided jointly with the Account Manager, Growth Specialist and Clients themselves

Create and follow client event and promotion calendar

Ensure the operational success of client events and promotions

Coordinate with the Growth Specialist to track event success and feedback to clients

Coordinate with Account Manager to implement an client expansion strategy

Lead weekly operational meetings and ensure follow-up with internal and external stakeholders

Work closely with the Project Manager to give proactive project visibility to clients

Coordinate with the Store Operators to ensure client training

Coordinate with the Store Operators to ensure event and promotion setup quality

Control the store quality and feedback to the technical team

I spent 5+ year in e-commerce agencies or alike as a consultant or an e-commerce manager for enterprise-level Client

I am passionate about putting strategy into actions

I am driven by e-commerce performance and operational success

I am detail-oriented and quality driven

I have outstanding English verbal and written communication skills

I have a broad knowledge of e-commerce and eMarketing

I am a proactive and tactful advisor

I am organized and great at following-up through meeting minutes and pro-active client communication

I have worked with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary professionals in the past

I have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic

I want to have the first personalized sneakers delivered by cyber-birds
